How to Play (Throwback to 2014 Rules)

  1. To start, each player picks four castaways to be on their team and gives the team a name. When the cast gets down to four survivors, your team will be only two castaways. You may change your roster from week to week, as long as you submit changes by 4pm on show day.

  2. Each player will also pick one castaway that they believe will be the season winner (sole survivor).

  3. The fee per team is $20. You may have as many teams as you like. Anyone is welcome to play (any age). The more people playing, the bigger the winnings. You can Venmo me your entry fee @MissiBull.

  4. Overall winner will take 60% of the pot; 20% for second place; and 20% will be divided by those who chose the sole survivor.

  5. The winner will be determined by points earned/lost by castaways throughout the season. The elimination of your choice for sole survivor doesn’t keep you from winning the season.

  6. Points earned/lost will be tallied one time per episode. For example, if your cast member hugs six times, you will only earn points once. Exception: votes cast against your team member in tribal council will be tallied for each vote.

  7. Points will be tallied each week and posted here. If at any time you disagree with the scores, please contact me.

POINTS EARNED

  • swimming (1 pt)

  • personal grooming (1 pt)

  • pop culture references, song, movie, TV show, etc. (1 pt)

  • wearing something on their head (1 pt)

  • talking about the weather (1 pt)

  • hug/kiss (1 pt)

  • ride in some kind of water vessel (1 pt)

  • mention God/pray/religion (1 pt)

  • fetching or reading tree mail (1 pt)

  • being quoted as the episode title (2 pts)

  • going on a journey (2 pts)

  • finding a game advantage or hidden immunity idol (2 pts)

  • providing, winning, or sharing food (2 pts)

  • fetching water (2 pts)

  • building or contributing to fire (2 pts)

  • building shelter (2 pts)

  • winning immunity (3 pts)

  • winning reward (3 pts)

  • using a shot in the dark and being “safe” (2 pts)

  • you guess correctly who will be voted out (2 pts)

POINTS DEDUCTED

  • drinking alcohol (-1 pt)

  • being “bleeped” or “blurred” (-1 pt)

  • injury or illness (-1 pt)

  • crying (-1 pt)

  • saying the word “target”, as in “There is a target on my back.” (-1 pt)

  • searching through someone else’s belongings (-1 pt)

  • sitting out a challenge (-1 pt)

  • sent to Redemption Island or put in isolation (-2 pt)

  • playing an immunity idol at Tribal Council for themselves or someone else (-2 pts)

  • using a shot in the dark that is “unsafe” (-2 pts)

  • each vote against them in Tribal Council (-2 pts)

  • voted out or quitting the show (-3 pts)

  • fire challenge (2 pts)
